Electrodes for welding

Electrodes for welding

We have big experience in the production of high quality as bronze alloys and finished electrodes for spot welding of these alloys, and refractory metals, namely:

- The electrode tip (cap electrodes)
- Roller electrode
- Sponges for butt welding
- Holders of electrodes
- Any of the electrodes according to customer drawings

Our company supply different electrodes to world manufacturers of equipment for resistance welding mesh (EVG), resistance welding circuits (Wafios), roller resistance welding of steel sheets (Dalex), spot welding (Tecna), and many others. This means that many of the original electrodes are supplied with the new settings of resistance welding.

We recommend the following alloys for the following application:

- CuCrZr: standard alloy for the production of most any type of welding electrodes, in particular - for spot and seam welding rollers coated and uncoated steel sheets. Typical hardness of 160-170 HB alloy with an electrical conductivity of the order of 79% IACS
- CuCoNiBe: roller seam welding of stainless steel sheets, projection welding, for example, nuts, and other thick-walled metal parts, welded mesh in the production of, for example, shopping baskets and carts, electrode cap for electrodes under heavy load, the contact plugs / sponges machines for butt welding and others. applications which need endurance bronze with sufficiently high conductivity. Typical hardness of 260-270 HB alloy with an electrical conductivity of the order of 49% IACS
- CuNiSiCr: electrodes for projection and seam welding steel pistons for injection molding. Typical hardness of 200-210 HB alloy with an electrical conductivity of the order of 38% IACS
- CuZr: spot welding galvanized steel sheets in standard conditions. The typical hardness of the alloy at 125 HB conductivity of about 50% IACS
