Profiled strips are widely used for the manufacture of parts with different loads on separate areas. The use of these strips opens up new ways of processing stamped products and allows for a reduction in expensive and labor-intensive costs for tooling during stamping or embossing.
Components that were previously assembled from two or more parts can now be obtained by stamping from milled strips.
An important advantage of profiled strips used in the electrical industry is the fact that there is no need for connector lines with possible increased specific electrical resistance.
Stamping milled strips is more cost-effective than stamping conventional strips, as stamping specific areas reduces the thickness of the strip, resulting in:

Why milling?

- Milling does not exert any forces and allows for even and precise transitions between thick and thin parts of the strip

The profiled strip can be supplied on plastic, steel, and wooden reels with two projections, as well as in the form of rolls that are placed on square or round pallets whose size corresponds to the external diameter of the rolls.
